    The Glasgow-based architecture firm tasked with designing Hawick’s new £48million high school has taken initial steps to progress the project.

    Stallan-Brand, the design company behind other new Borders schools in Galashiels, Peebles and Jedburgh, has formally requested an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) on the Buccleuch Road site.
