    Graham Hogg takes a well-earned break from training with daughter Rosie

    Covid-19 put paid to Graham Hogg’s plan to ride the 639 miles from his brother Stuart’s home in Exeter to Murrayfield, so the former professional rugby player will instead tackle a 24-hour cyclathon in aid of MakeMindsMove, an organisation he jointly set up with fellow ex-pro Adam Clayton.

    Both ex-players suffered career-ending injuries, and from 8am tomorrow (Saturday), the 32-year-old will be on an exercise bike outside his home at Heronhill Bank, while Adam will join the fund-raiser online.
