    Rosie Swailes is a three-time British champion

    Rosie Swailes says it feels “really good” to be a three-time British champion after she struck gold in Cardiff.

    It was a new era for the British Championships and between Thursday and Sunday it was a bumper competition featuring school, junior, youth and elite boxers.
