Burnfoot Community Futures (BCF) is celebrating this week after being awarded a £250,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Action Fund.
The five-year cash package follows a £210,000 award from grant-making trust, the Henry Smith Foundation, in November, which is being used to help BCF oversee the running of the community hub for the next two-and-a-half years.
