    Road repairs ‘essential’ – Marshall

    The road at the Wilton Cemetery corner “needs to be made good”

    Calls have gone out for roads across Hawick “to be made good” as work on the town’s flood defences and active travel network draw to a close.

    Flood scheme manager Conor Price advised that several areas across the town were to be targeted at April’s Burnfoot Community Council, but no progress has been made since. Now ward member Stuart Marshall is pressing for action.
