    Utility companies are “digging the town up without any real notice” before “waiting weeks on end” to finish roadworks.

    That’s according to Councillor Stuart Marshall, amid continual traffic congestion in the town – an issue he is set to raise with Scottish Borders Council (SBC) directors early next week.
