The new £1.5million footbridge in Lower Mansfield is “a hugely important link”, says local ward councillor, Stuart Marshall.
And the elected member, who has championed the bridge bid between Weensland and Mansfield for many years, admitted it was “an emotional moment” seeing it come to fruition.
