    Jackson: Facilities will reopen ‘when the time is right’

    The library, above, and museum will be reopened gradually, it was heard at the community council meeting.

    There are no plans to close the library or the museum, according to Ewan Jackson, chief executive of Live Borders, the sporting and cultural trust which runs both facilities.
