    Against the welcome reopening of two of the town’s playparks on Monday, there is increasing concern that small community ones are overlooked. 

    Under a phased operation amid an easing of coronavirus lockdown restrictions, a total of 243 playparks are due to reopen across the Borders after being closed since March 23.
