    ‘Restraint’ is urged at recycling centre

    Local ward councillor Watson McAteer is urging townsfolk to show restraint and patience when the recycling centre reopens to the public on Monday for the first time in two months.

    Scottish Borders Council has explained that a number temporary measures will be in place to “ensure the safety of customers and staff and allow access to as many people as possible”.
