    Masonic merger plans off the table ‘at present time’

    There will be no merger of the two Masonic lodges in Hawick, for the time being.

    As revealed in The Hawick Paper last month, members of Lodge 424 in Union Street and Lodge 111 in Commercial Road were to be asked for their opinions about a possible amalgamation.
