    Curtain rises on first chapter of Once Upon a Time in Hawick

    Exciting plans have been unveiled for a year-long programme of unmissable events and activities aimed at enhancing Hawick’s reputation as Scotland’s first film town.

    The eagerly awaited Once Upon a Time in Hawick initiative, launched at the Tower Mill cinema last Friday, is billed as a celebration of the town’s rich history, through events, exhibitions and screenings, as well as opportunities for participation and education.
