    Two councillors leave their community roles

    Community council applications are now being sought following the shock announcement that two stalwart officials are leaving their posts.

    Ian Turnbull, who has served as chairman since May 2017, and been a council member for more than four years, will stand down “for personal reasons” while Liz Adams, secretary for the past five years, is leaving the town.
