    Riverside trees get the chop

    Two new trees will replace every tree cut down for flood work. PICTURE: ILF IMAGING

    Trees are currently being felled in Mansfield Road as part of the £44million flood protection scheme.

    The move will assist in the construction of new defences to help save some 900 properties in the area from flooding.
