    Hawick girls Megan Landels and Amy Campbell were in 7s heaven at Cardiff Arms Park last weekend.

    The teenagers were in the Borders squad taking part in their first competition together – backed all the way by Teri Scotland stars Lisa Thomson and Lana Skeldon.
