    Architects Aitken Turnbull’s concept for Armstrong’s

    The town’s new £2.6million business incubator centre has been heralded as “vital for Hawick”.

    So said Mark Rowley, Scottish Borders Council’s executive member for economic development, after a planning application was submitted for the demolition of the former Armstrong’s department store building in Oliver Crescent.
