    We’re ‘broken in half’ by Paul’s hit and run death

    The cousin of Hawick exile Paul McColm, who was killed in a hit and run incident in Florida earlier this month, has paid an emotional tribute to him.

    Dean McColm, 25, said: “I had known him [Paul] my whole life and spoke to him pretty much every day despite us living thousands of miles apart. He was more like a brother to me than a cousin and the whole family is broken in half by what is a tragic incident.”
