    For only the second time this season horses came under orders for a Hawick Horse Racing Association flapping meeting last Saturday at the Marchwinds meeting.

    The two previous meetings had to be cancelled due to ground conditions at Hawick Moor, and a good entry of horses led to an exciting day’s racing for the crowd.
