    Community Council questions ‘leak’ claim

    The community council has launched  a stinging response to a member of the public who criticised its handling of an application for membership.

    Reading a statement at Monday night’s meeting in the lesser town hall, chairman Ian Turnbull, addressing complainant Graham Marshall directly, said his behaviour had been “utterly appalling” in trying to “discredit” the council.
