    Hawick Callants’ Club is seeking approval from the Wilton Lodge Park stakeholders’ group and other interested parties, for the siting of a memorial in the park honouring the Scottish soldiers who fought and those who gave their lives in the First World War Battle of Passchendaele in 1917.
