    A syringe was found on a wall in the Howegate

    Frustrations are growing following the latest episode of antisocial behaviour to the rear of the Howegate.

    Local hair stylist Kev Sykes, who works at D’Fine Hair Sudio, was horrified last Thursday to discover a discarded syringe on a wall to the rear of the flats leading towards Buccleuch Street.
