The Scottish Borders Battalion of the Boys’ Brigade returned to St Anne’s for this year’s annual summer camp, arriving on Saturday, August 11 at 2pm to find the advance party had erected the large marquee, the main social, eating and gathering place for the week.
There was still more to do to get the camp set up and after a quick briefing everyone got to work preparing the rest of the camp and pitching tents. The weather was fine and dry and the ground hard due to the hot summer.
