    Travelling people who descended on the Wee Haugh have been slammed for showing an “utter disregard” for the local community.

    Local councillors were inundated with complaints from angry residents in nearby Teviot Crescent after around seven caravans and other associated vehicles pitched up in the town earlier this week.
