    Welcome Hosts officials have been told “it’s not the sole responsibility of the police” to tackle the ongoing problem of boy racers disturbing campervaners in the Haugh.

    This astonishing claim came to light among a series of emails between a Welcome Host official and the police, which have been obtained by The Hawick Paper.
