    Rachel Casson is a cut above the rest

    A Hawick barber is hoping to make the final cut in her bid to become the best in the business. Rachel Casson, 22, who has worked at The Italian Job in Channel Street, Galashiels, for the last two years, won the Scottish regional best shave final last year.
