    A mark of respect for Margaret

    The PSA squad line up to pay their respect to Margaret Lyall, wife of Hawick Youth Rugby committeeman and stalwart, Davie Lyall, who sadly and unexpectedly passed away on Saturday.

    A minute’s silence was observed by both teams before the Hawick lads’ Scottish Under-18 League Cup quarter-final defeat away to holders Stirling.

    PSA gave their all on a heavy pitch, but a couple of scores conceded in quick succession before half time gave them too much to do and the hosts ran out 24-7 winners.
