    A group of fearless Hawick freestyle fitness freaks indulged in a weekend of mud and glory by winning medals galore at the toughest obstacle race in Scotland.

    The Energise Obstacle Race near Kilmarnock in Ayrshire last weekend attracted 156 entrants, but it was two Hawick men who finished in first and second place.

    And two other Teries finished as the fourth and fifth fastest women on the challenging 9.3k course.
