    Like a fine wine, Hawick bowler Julie Forrest seems to get better with age.

    The four-time world indoor singles champion, 49 next month, is in red-hot form as she aims to win the Scottish indoor title for a record seventh time next weekend.

    And she puts it all down to a well-earned summer break.
