    Sleepy Valley danger not addressed

    Safety concerns which led to an area of Sleepy Valley playpark in Burnfoot being cordoned off more than two months ago, have failed to prompt any further action, according to a local councillor.

    Hawick and Hermitage Councillor Clair Ramage says she is extremely disappointed to find no more has been done since she raised the issue of the uneven park surface with Scottish Borders Council in August.
