    Hawick teenagers Rhys Tait and David Murphy-Clark have been selected for the next stage of under-16 district rugby.

    Having played for the Borders during the summer, the Hawick Under- 16s duo been selected to move up into the East squad (Borders and Edinburgh combined) in two matches against the West (Glasgow and Caledonia) later this month from which a Scotland Under-16 squad will then be picked in early 2018.
