The whole of Trinity school and nursery have enjoyed being boffins as part of British Science Week.
The national initiative is aimed at encouraging the teaching of science, engineering, technology and maths – and the Arthur Street school ensured pupils sampled it all.

From experimenting with materials and creating rockets and moonbuggies, to exploring electrical circuits. Jamie Wilson, depute head teacher, said: “Pupils all seemed to really enjoy it – the hands-on experiments in primary one went down a treat; and the teamwork demonstrated by primary six pupils was super.
We are really pleased with how it went.” Pictured on the left are Caleb Torrie and Kyle Notman. Right: Ethan McAuley and Ella Ross from the nursery.
