    Hawick won 47-7 away to Selkirk in the Borders U-16 League at Philiphaugh on Wednesday night.

    The scoreline suggests it was an easier game, but it was far from it. Selkirk were physical and Hawick had to work hard for their victory.

    It was a solid defend and the ability to take their chances when they came that made sure Hawick ran out deserved winners.
