    Local railway historian and author Ashley Butlin looks to be on track for another literary success.

    His latest book is an informative, picturepacked publication– British Scenic Railways: The Waverley Route.

    The 96-page tome focuses in great detail on the rebuilding of the former Waverley Line south from Edinburgh to Tweedbank.
