    The dangerous pavement in Branxholme Road

    Pressure has been piled on Scottish Borders Council over delays to repair an uneven footpath in Branxholme Road.

    It comes after an elderly resident suffered a bad fall there at the weekend.

    “This week I have yet again received complaints over the length of time the council are taking to repair this footpath,” explained Hawick and Denholm Councillor, Stuart Marshall.
