    Cornet Jordan Nuttall has revealed that the past few weeks of the Common-Riding have surpassed all expectations.

    The fourth generation of his family to fulfil the prestigious role, the Cornet and his Lass, Alix Martin, have carried out the town’s historic traditions with dignity and decorum.
