    The right to roam around the area of the Center Parcs holiday village will be restricted

    Scottish Ministers have approved a bylaw for the £450million Center Parcs development near Hassendean, clearing a key regulatory hurdle for the holiday village.

    The new bylaw, applying to Huntlaw and Muirfield Farm, three miles north of Hawick, will restrict public access to the site.
