    Lewis Hislop receives the top jockey accolade from Hawick Horse Racing Associaton president Colin Robb

    Lewis Hislop was crowned champion jockey for the season, while Panic Attack lifted the top horse title, following the Hawick Horse Racing Association’s (HHRA)  finale fixture at the Moor on Sunday.
