    Pupils’ ‘hard work’ pays off with exam success

    Tuesday saw pupils at Hawick High School receive their official exam results via text message, email, and first class post. Head teacher Lisa Scott said she was “exceptionally proud” of their “strong performance”.     Overall exam results across all year groups at the high school showed an “improved performance” with increases in attainment at S4, S5, and S6 compared to 2024, said head teacher Lisa Scott.

    Pupils received their results on Tuesday and were commended for bettering last year’s outcomes.
