    Making the grade on exam results day are, from left: high school S5s Joseph Weir and Rhianna Smillie; S6s Emily Gibson, Jessica Scott and Georgie Morgan; and S4s Niall Vevers and Rosamund Garrett. Emily is going to study medicine at Edinburgh University, while Georgie and Jessica will both study neuroscience, also at Edinburgh University.     The hard work, dedication and commitment of both staff and pupils has maintained attainment progress over the past three years at Hawick High School.
