North Bridge Street residents have unanimously rejected plans to include their street in the Active Travel Network.
Monday night’s meeting attracted around 25 members of the public – the vast majority from North Bridge Street making their views known that the introduction of a four-metre-wide track on the north side of the street, resulting in the loss of parking spaces, was a red light and would have a detrimental effect on residents and businesses.
