Townspeople were saddened to learn of the passing of Neil Combe who spent decades as a minister in Hawick.
He died in The Margaret Kerr Unit at Borders General Hospital last month after a short illness at the age of 73.
He was ordained and inducted to the linked charge of St George’s West, St Margaret’s & Wilton South, and Roberton in 1984.
