    Stringent health and safety measures are in force as more mill workers return to their jobs.

    Johnstons of Elgin now has 30 per cent of its employees back at its Eastfield Mills site, with staggered introduction.

    A fortnight ago we reported that a pioneer team of some 25 staff opted to return to work, and a few other colleagues have now joined them.
