    Teviot Day Care campaigners have slammed Scottish Borders Council for failing to inform them of a Locality Working Group meeting.

    Sean Elliot, of TDC Support Group, met with the council’s chief officer of health and social care just a fortnight earlier, when it was suggested the group should participate.
