Innovative plans to transform Hawick and the surrounding area into a “go to” destination for walking, running, cycling and horse riding have taken a major step forward.
The Town of 1000 Trails project, formed around two years ago by a group of “like-minded” people from the local business community, has secured £15,000 from the Common Good Fund.
