    A petition is to be launched in a bid to put the brakes on speeding motorists in Liddesdale Road.

    Fed-up local resident Bruce Hogg fears “an accident is waiting to happen”,  while local ward councillor, Watson McAteer, told us he’s “frustrated” at the lack of any “specific action” by Scottish Borders Council.
