    With travellers arriving at lower Mansfield and the Wee Haugh over the summer, the potential for the town as a designated camp site has raised emotive discussion.

    Lower Mansfield was first mooted some years ago under Roxburgh District Council, and there is already a designated camp-site at Innerleithen.
