The Scottish Ambulance Service has apologised to a Hawick mum who has described an anguishing half-hour wait for help as “pure hell”.
Stricken parent Karen Thomson says she has chosen to speak out about the terrifying delay which occurred last month whilst her teenage daughter Tanya suffered a serious seizure, in a bid to highlight an issue which may affect other Teries.
