    The company which runs the Refresh café in Wilton Lodge Park has been accused of letting the Hawick public down.

    The criticism has been levelled at Yorkshire-based Caterleisure following a hugely successful concert by Scocha at the bandstand on Sunday – when Teries hoping to continue enjoying their afternoon, found the café  was shut.
