
Michael Davidson coasted to a 300-yard victory in Teviotdale Harriers Cup race at the Moor on Saturday – and watching on the railings was his father, also Michael, who won the coveted club trophy back in 1990.
The event, four laps of the racecourse, had top markers Alan Coltman, followed by Tim Hatton – last year’s winner – maintaining their handicap allowance out in front after the first circuit.
