    At this “pivotal time”, townsfolk are being urged to attend tomorrow’s Campaign for Borders Rail (CBR) annual general meeting in the town hall.

    CBR chairwoman Marion Short highlights the importance of attending to learn all about the campaign and its work to extend the line to Carlisle.
